Thx hogama P.S. I'm now broke too - I did all 3 exchanges But since I won't be getting any other V-Day gifts, these were all a nice way to make sure I get a few boxes of happy LOL

His mad face has come a LONG way tho.....if I find the pic after his first haircut I'll share.....I chased him all around the house trying to get a good picture & by the end he was PO'd and it shows My little red-headed firecracker!

I can't wait to get shopping, I think the snow is finally stopping.

Here are a few pics from last years v-day of some of the gifts I got. My fiance got me some cute little bears, which he knows I love (sorry for bad pic). He also gave me a rose and some cute cookies. He's away teaching right now so I am really hoping I will get to see him for this Valentine's day.

Mine and Willy's are going out in the morning.

I know I overdid it with one family, but who cares. We had a blast with this.
    It felt more like Christmas.

    JOKE OF THE DAY:

Jim asked his friend, Tony, whether he had bought his wife anything for Valentine's Day.
'Yes,' came the answer from Tony who was a bit of a chauvinist, 'I've bought her a belt and a bag.'
'That was very kind of you,' Jim added, 'I hope she appreciated the thought.'
Tony smiled as he replied, 'So do I, and hopefully the vacuum cleaner will work better now.'

    LMAOOOOOO!!

Okay, I can't seem to upload photos onto messages , so I'll post a story instead.

When I was in 5th grade, I had a HUGE crush on a boy named Frankie. (Many of the other girls in the class did as well.) Now Frankie didn't pay any attention to me, but my crush continued month after month anyway. When Valentine's Day rolled around, we had decorated paper bags that were pinned to a bulletin board with our names on them that our classmates had deposited valentines into. Near the end of the school day, we had a Valentine's day party with some treats. Then, the teacher handed out our bags, and we each took them back to our seats and opened our valentines. I was going through mine, and opened one that had my name on it that was from...Frankie!!!! I was so excited. I tore the envelope, and the card said, "You are as beautiful as a sunset". My mouth dropped open! For a moment, time stood still. Then, I opened the card to see what it said on the inside. It said...

"With your yellow teeth, your red face and your purple hair."

That night, Frankie officially came off my "crush" list.

About two months later, our P.E. coach was putting us in teams of 2 to race each other across the length of the playground. He teamed me up with Frankie, who was the fastest sprinter in the class. In that moment, every ounce of unrequited love transformed into determination for me. The coach shouted "Go!" and I flew across the playground, beating him by several lengths. Frankie was flabbergasted. I was elated.

Every Valentine's day, I think of Frankie's card, the playground race, and I chuckle. It ain't easy being a 5th grader when Valentine's Day rolls around!!

He bought a vacuum belt and bag. (Vacuums have a belt, kinda like a large elastic band, that moves the brush heads I believe).
