We don't even deal with people in person, unless it's a hearing to try to get a decision reversed. For the most part, we communicate by phone or mail. I'm sure if they could jump through the phone and get us, they would. Especially the ones who end up with a costly breathalyzer-type device in their cars if they want to drive.
