My son's have very different tastes for TV and we are bad parents and we usually eat supper watching the TV (we have a dining room that is open to the living room) anyway, the oldest Rhys loves watching Top Gear (a brit car show) and the youngest used to watch Colin and Justin's home heist (they put holmes on homes on again...*sigh*) One day my youngest wandered off while Colin and Justin was on, and I continued to watch the show....about 5 minutes before the show ended...before the big reveal..... Dylan says mom, mom come here... He was in my room and I got to the door of my bedroom he exclaimed your...room...has...just...been....heisted!!!!!!

He had coloured horizontal stripes around the room in crayola marker!!!!!!!

*shakes head*

Luckily we painted with good paint and the markers were waterproof....it still took a bit of scrubbing to get off!

another funny story with Dylan.... we were explaining that there are different kinds of families some with 2 moms or 2 dads... and we used Colin and Justin as an example of a gay couple. Telling him some girls like girls and some boys like boys....and he said like Colin and Justin? and I said yes.

He said that's a relief, I don't like girls either *lol* He's 4!!!
