I am on a mac and use firefox and safari and have no problems viewing this site. Make sure your security settings aren't too high maybe.

Michelle,
Make sure your Firefox is fully up-to-date.
Click "Help" located on the very top of the toolbars, at the very end.
Scroll down and click "Check for Updates".

Some people have reported problems using Firefox with Windows 7:
http://quality.mozilla.org/projects/...irefox-testing (see the comments)
There are several suggestions to fix the problems, but they're kind of technical so you should only try them if you're comfortable doing so. I imagine Microsoft will send out updates to fix the problems eventually, but in the meantime you could try Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.
Good luck!
