That's too bad about your daughter and the dentist - I've never known someone so young who got a cavity, so poor thing... Don't know how my son lucked out, but he's almost 18 and never had a cavity. I think it's those miracle sealers they put on kids' teeth! Not me, I was always at the dentist as a kid, as was my sister.

I was in the middle of watching Schindler's list with DW when she said pause it, I need to go shopping.

You are so full of crap. I had to go to Dollarama to get some paint trays for a job tomorrow. That's not "technically' shopping. I was gone for 10 minutes!

I'm beat. A nightmare trip to the dentist for Kiera. This time no go, so I have to take her to a specialist for one tiny cavity and they may have to put her under. Not liking that part. Then a nightmare trip downtown during rush hour to the pediatrician for their annual checkup. 1 hr drive there, 30 minute appointment all to tell me they are healthy as horse, and 1 hr back. Arggh!

Are you kidding me.....I make an appointment for me or the kids - get to the doctors office and still have to wait 2 hours before i see the man...and then i only see him for about 10 mins - And thats supposed to be the annual too!!! How'd you get 30 mins?!!

eating general mills nesquik cereal as a snack-I cant eat it for breakfast because it's too sugary to start a day with but snacking on it is nice-a couple pieces here and there. It could even be healthier than a cookie?

my cat is HILARIOUS!!!! ROFL Well he is picky as cats are but has always had a thing for dog treats (or so I thought) because he would try steal them from our dog before she died. Well we have a sample of greenies which he eats (or did eat I should say) and have been giving him those lately but we bought the Purina Friskies treats and he goes absolutely nutso for those things!!! The problem is that we can't get him to eat the rest of the greenies anymore because he won't even touch them now! I can't even force him to eat them! Anyways it is funny because I shake the bag and he actually comes to the sound! He licks every single last crumb off my fingers and he tries to nip me if I don't give him his treat when he figures he should get it! this is sooo funny I just had to share!

Fun night...had to take DS to emerg...and then left without seeing the doc because (not-so)DH was convinced DS was fine. Slurpies made everything better though.
