I was told the closing sale starts in August.I guess they want to get a jump on things and get rid of the freezer foods first.

Not a sale but saw an interesting new item yesterday at Walmart South in the aisle between the clothing and grocery section in front of coffee aisle is Kelloggs Krave chocolate and double chocolate cereal it was either $4.78 or $4.87.

Shoppers Drug Mart Village Mall dairy aisle a few 2L skim milk $3.79- $3.00 managers special coupon=$0.79 July 14,a bunch of 4L skim milk $4.43-$4.00 managers special coupon=0.43 best before date July 12,a few 1% 4L milk $4.43-$3.00 managers special coupon=$1.43 best before date July 15,one Activia yogurt with $3.00 in managers special coupons,shredded cheddar cheese with $2.00 managers special coupon

Walmart Parkland Mall Garden Centre all the plants look like they are on clearance,mushroom compost $2.00,soil booster $4.00,Miracle Gro garden soil $2.00,lawn soil can't remember the price,Miracle Gro potting mix I think 7 or 8 left $3.00 each.On the end aisle in seasonal section hanging basket and window box were clearance I think it was $5.00 or $6.00.Maybe the plants don't look that great perennials will die back and look great next year and annuals fuschias and geranium can be overwintered in the house in the basement I stick them in front of a window and annuals that die keep the pots and hanging baskets and use them again.I'm using hanging baskets I bought last year from Parkland Mall that had black petunias in them and have planted purple wave petunias in the hanging baskets this year.I already paid $5.00 clearance for the black petunias last year so free hanging basket this year.It's really thrifty to do next years garden shopping starting now.

Walmart South Garden Centre has hanging baskets with Tumbler tomato plants they look like they are fresh from a greenhouse with tons of flowers.You will get a cherry tomato feast from just one hanging basket.There are tons of them and they are $3.98.All the other garden centre plants on clearance too.

Shoppers Drug Mart Bower Mall Clearout a dozen large brown eggs $1.99 best before date July 16,4L skim milk and 1% milk $4.49-$2.00 managers special coupons =$2.49 best before date July 19 and 20 and there were a few other dairy items with managers special coupons including some 1L milk,2L milk and chocolate milk and Activia yogurt.

Thanks again for the tip on the tumbler plants I picked up 3 one for me and the other 2 for my neighbours. they are beuatiful plants. Wiil be eating tomatoes soon I hope!!

Walmart Parkland Mall one the front wall opposite the houseplant aisle is Miracle Gro potting mix 28.3 L $3.00 four left.Garden Centre closed.Black Diamond 24 cheese slices $2.00 price tag but of course there was an empty space there.

Walmart South had 24 Black Diamond cheese singles 500g $2.00.Garden Centre open still and there is the hanging tomato basket tomato plants and lots of others plants on clearance too.

Shoppers Drug Mart Bower Mall has a clearance table for the mall sidewalk sale and clearance cart by mall entrance.Stouffers fried chicken frozen meal is on Clearout $1.97 freezer on end aisle in grocery section facing chip aisle and in dairy aisle Clearout Armstrong mild cheddar cheese $4.99.
