“Gear to Cheer” Contest
From February 5 to February 28, 2010
Contest Rules

1. CONTEST PERIOD
The “Gear to Cheer” Contest (the “Contest”) is run by Bell Canada (the “Administrator”) and will take place in Canada from February 5 at 1:00 p.m. (ET) to February 28 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is open to all individuals who:

(a) reside in Canada; and
(b) have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence as of the date of entering the Contest.

. Grand Prize(s): There is ONE (1) grand prize available to be won. The grand prize consists of:

• ONE (1) Acer Aspire Olympic Edition Laptop, having an approximate retail value of $649.99 CAD.
• ONE (1) LG 42" LCD TV, having an approximate retail value of $1,999.99 CAD.
• ONE (1) LG Blu-ray home theatre in a box, having an approximate retail value of $1,399.99 CAD.
• ONE (1) PS3 Slim 250GB gaming console, having an approximate retail value of $349.99 CAD.
• FOUR (4) Monster HDMI Cables, having an approximate retail value of $239.88 CAD.
• ONE (1) Nexxtech HDMI Switch, having an approximate retail value of $99.99 CAD.

The total approximate retail value of the grand prize is $4,740 CAD.

5.2. Secondary Prizes: There are a total of TWENTY-THREE (23) secondary prizes available to be won. Each secondary prize consists of:

• ONE (1) gift card to The Source, having a retail value of $50 CAD. The gift card is subject to the issuing company’s terms and conditions.

The total approximate value of the secondary prizes is $1,150 CAD.
The total approximate value of all prizes is $5,890 CAD.
6. DRAW
On March 1 at 1:00 p.m. (ET) in Toronto in the province of Ontario, at the offices of the Administrator TWENTY-FOUR (24) entries will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
