    The stupidest thing is we would pay less a month if we bought but it depends what they would give us as a mortgage....I jsut don't understand how all that crapolla works!

    i don't think i coudl ever do a bsement suite.. just the whole noise factor.. atleast in apartments they are.. for the most part... properly constructed to prevent noise from between the floors
