I emailed them and they wrote me back saying that I needed to mail in a letter requseting which character I wanted, they no longer do it through email.
Oh well, we were there in Dec and plan to go back in a couple years so guess we will just get it then!

Ours came today...just precious...it was addressed to my grandaughter as Prncess D----.....It is a lovely picture of Ariel...8 x 10 and it is a real picture on real photo paper and as a bonus, it turns out to be the Ariel she met when we had her in Disneyland last year in June. Ariel wrote her autograph on it using my grandaughter name and princess also...too cool. My grandson got one of donald in front of the castle also personally addressed. this was an awesome offer and the kids are so excitted about it. I requested through email a couple of weeks ago and had no problem although I had requested in the past and was rejected so those having problems, keep trying...

This is really good. A week ago I got a black and white picture of Tinkerbel (in real) and her autograph. But you have to send them a hand written letter by mail. Good luck!

I sent out a few letters using my family members names.

This was back in late october I believe.. possibly early november.. .. anywho!

2 were suppose to be sent to my sister in law and brother at their home.. but 1 arrived here for linda and jon [my mom and brother.. thoguh I sent seperate letters using seperate addresses.. oh well].

I'll call my sister to see if she go whatever I wrote for her.. I forget.. Anywho! I for 3 glossy photos black and white of the people dressing up as them at disneyland [erm.. or is it disney world in california?] signed by whomever [lol] An Ariel [the little mermaid] signed for me with my name on it.. hehe.. I'm so lame a tinkerbell for my niece with her name on it... and a group photo of goofy, mickey, minnie, pluto and donald for my dad.. he thought it wa the cats ass ^.^

Lastly I recieved a "photo" of Wall-e.. ... for my nephew... This picture is just a very crappy printed picture of wall-e on thin almost see thru white paper... no glossy.. no signature.. no nothing I feel so bad because he loves wall-e and lightening mcqueen [i think I had my sister ask for that one so.. uh oh.. I think she'll be getting something similar].

I think I sent the wall-e and cars request to the actual disney studio in california [not the resort] because someone wrote on a website that they got a glossy of Jack skellington.. so.. If anyone cares.. just stick to the characters you know would be walkign around disneyland lol.

If you do write.. don't forget that extra postage since it'll be goign to the states!
