Hey, it could be worse. Most Sundays during the summer, I wake up to the sound of screaming, cheering & loud music - the marathoners start about 6am. Of course, it's my own fault for forgetting to close the windows the night before. & during the week we get the dump trucks idling on my street, starting at 6:30am, even though the city has prohibited them from even being on my street (they're working on a city project, so they don't care).

8:30 would actually be a luxury.

Actually I shouln't be complaining. We lived in an aprtment near an industrial zone and on Saturday mornings the chop shop behind us would start at about 7a.m. They installed illegal mufflers on sports cars. That was fun.
