Grandma Reefer

She knew exactly what she was growing, thank you very much.

A 65-year-old grandmother in Memphis, Tenn., is being held by police after they accidentally discovered her marijuana plantation. According to myfoxmempis.com, police were looking for a suspect in an unrelated investigation and came across the potted plants outside her home.

The officers knocked on her door and asked 65-year-old Helen Franklin if she knew what she was growing.

"Yes", she responded. "Reefer. I planted it" She was then charged with manufacturing marijuana and is being held on $5,000 bond.


It's not really that strange for a 65-year-old to still smoke a little but maybe she shouldn't have admitted she knew what she was growing!

Kinda reminds me of a waitress at the Hooters that used to be on Queen St in Brampton. There was a waitress there who wore this massive wig. It looked awful... almost in an Amy Winhouse kinda way... but it was probably the only thing that kept her balanced.
