I guess my TV debut will be tomorrow instead of today on Cityline (as if anyone noticed!!). They told us it would be shown today but it is actually tomorrow (I'm in the front row black top, beige skirt, beside lady from Shopping Channel in a white jacket with grey hair!, my other side girl with mauve top, dark hair) Like I said before can't let my TV debut go by without a mention!!!

A $30M regret:

A lottery player in Newfoundland voided a ticket that would have been worth $30 million.

A person bought a Lotto Max ticket that contained the winning numbers for the May 31 Jackpot but then had the retailer void the ticket, Atlantic Lottery Corp spokesman Jennifer Dalton told QMI Agency.

The lottery corporation reviews the numbers on all tickets after a draw - including those that have been voided Dalton said.

It was during the regular review that the corporation discovered the winning combination was on a ticket purchased at a convenience store south of St. John's.

The lottery corporation doesn't know why the player decided to void the ticket after it was printed.

Quite a number of years ago my mom and a few friends were in California and because one of her one fiend was married to a movie producer they got into the taping of The Price is Right without any advance notice.
Because they had VIP signs instead of their names on their blouses, they could not be selected as a contestant. I was horrified to see my mom 1st row right behind the contestants jumping up and down and... Had I known this bit of info I would not have told everyone I know to watch my mom on the show.
