Got some upsetting news regarding my restaurant client this morning: Their landlord has given them a warning that they will lock the doors unless the missing rent payments are made. Turns out the leaseholder has not been forwarding the money to the landlord on time and now the restaurant owners are unknowingly 2 months behind. Unbelievable!! I wish that was the only crisis for them but it's not. Just when I thought things were running smoothly enough for me to hang out here every day after I finish my bookkeeping work... I'm so upset about the whole situation! Gotta sleep on it.
