blonde joke of the day, sent to me by Helga, a blonde friend of mine:

A gorgeous young redhead goes into the doctor's office and said that her body hurt wherever she touched it.

'Impossible!' says the doctor.. 'Show me.'

The redhead took her finger, pushed on her left shoulder and screamed, then she pushed her elbow and screamed even more. She pushed her knee and screamed; likewise she pushed her ankle and screamed. Everywhere she touched made her scream.

The doctor said, 'You're not really a redhead, are you?

'Well, no' she said, 'I'm actually a blonde.'

'I thought so,' the doctor said, 'Your finger is broken.'

Looks like I missed some trivia on here. Instead of a night out, who wants to join me in a night of playing Trivial Pursuit? Qster against Qster? My specialty is TV theme songs (how goofy is that? ).

Just for fun, for those who enjoyed TV in the 80s/90s, can you name the show that had the following theme music:
    Lady Madonna (Beatles)
    Just A Job (Genesis)
Holding Out For A Hero (Bonnie Tyler)

& anyone who remembers Crimetime after Primetime will be my hero for life.

I'm in for a game if it can be arranged. I have a few versions, including the Beatles edition which is still in the plastic.

According to a certain newscaster (who shall remain nameless since he said yuck to the idea), this year's food craze at county fairs is the doughnut burger - a beef patty sandwiched between 2 Krispy Kreme doughnuts.

I suppose it's good for those who lead a fast paced life & want to have their dessert & dinner at the same time.

Wow - Instead of a detention I got to write out the 7 x table about 200 times one evening at home. But it was only up to 12. To this day, if I have to multiply 7 by 8, I get the answer by counting on my fingers as I rhyme off: 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56 .....

    300 DECIMALS - Whatever for?

Don't think I'd do well at that game .... Even given the answers I don't know those shows. BUT, I do recall Grace Under Fire being one of the funniest shows that had come along in a long while when it first debuted.

I had almost completely forgotten these long-gone Beasts.

Toronto’s electric buses operated between 1921 and 1993. Since they vanished from our streets over fifteen years ago, they have largely been forgotten, save at certain museums, but hints of their old presence remain, if you know where to look.
