There's got to be more to the story than I can read with my limited net access at work. (most gaming / entertainment sites are blocked) Both Sammy & Michael appeared in the trailers for GH: VH, but their appearances were nixed prior to the game's release.

Any takers on how long you think it will take Frost to spit out the 4:15 ww? He does tend to drag these out and milk it for all it's worth, no? Kim Mitchell is pretty good as dragging out his explanation, but I do think Frost is the master, no?

Andy Frost suffers from the same "I love the sound of my own voice" affliction that, say, Howard Stern suffers from. Yes, he's long-winded at times (maybe he subscribes to the Stephen King school of thought when it comes to announcing?), but he's knowledgeale, and I don't mind listening to him meander.

I don't dislike Frost. Quite the opposite. And I agree, he's very knowledgable. I also like him on Leafs talk and as the P.A. announcer at the ACC. Was a good replacement for the iconic Paul Morris (the PA announcer for 1,585 consecutive Leaf games)

Just an FYI, if anyone is near a subway station today, make sure to pick up a copy of Metro News. On the first page is a coupon for free coffee (a 6 pack of Nescafe Taster's Choice Single Serve). Not as good as Timmy's, but it's free.

It's strange, playing any of the EA series of NHL games, it's strange not hearing him saying "Last minute of play", or announcing a goal.

Y108 has a ticket blowout today. Every hour giving away tix to STP. I'm pretty sure that they already gave away that hour's tix but I kept getting through and it rang until it went to a busy signal. Eventually, they answered and decided to throw me some tix anyway!

They are still giving some away. Their number is 1-800-267-7625 if interested. I heard them saying they still had a lot (at 3pm-ish)
