EXERCISE FOR PEOPLE OVER 40
Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have
plenty of room at each side With a 5-lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax.
Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit
longer. After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb potato bags.
Then try 50-lb potato bags and then eventually try to get to where you
can lift a 100-lb potato bag in each hand and hold your arms straight
for more than a full minute. (I'm currently at this level.)
After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each bag.

Before I had the procedure done on my aneurysm I only had two restrictions.
1. No weight lifting. (Case of beer did not fall in this category. Putting out garbage, snow shoveling, changing water jug on cooler, etc were all bad for me.
2. Not allowed to get constipate. (Controlled this by drinking lots of beer)Have A Nice Day...Stewy

Happy almost weekend Q'bees
If you look carefully, it's just over the horizon...
Thank you for the codes and such... and good luck to all that want Eagles Tickets...
Odd weather day here..not sure if it will rain, or continue to be and it is coolish too! Might be better for me to change out of shorts for now...
On the beach
A widowed Jewish lady, still in good shape, was sunbathing on a most deserted beach at Ft. Myers, Florida. She looked up and noticed that a man her age, also in good shape, had walked up, placed his blanket on the sand near hers and began reading a book. Smiling, she attempted to strike up a conversation with him. "How are you today?" "Fine, thank you," he responded, and turned back to his book. "I love the beach. Do you come here often?" she asked. "First time since my wife passed away 2 years ago," he replied and turned back to his book. "I’m sorry to hear that. My husband passed away three years ago and it is very lonely, she countered. "Do you live around here?" She asked. "Yes, I live over in Cape Coral," he answered, and again he resumed reading. Trying to find a topic of common interest, she persisted. ”Do you like pussycats?" With that, the man dropped his book, came over to her blanket, tore off her swimsuit and gave her the most passionate lovemaking of her life. When the cloud of sand began to settle, she gasped and asked the man, "How did you know that was what I wanted?" The man replied, "How did you know my name was Katz?"

caller 000000000000000 about eight thosand times over the last few of them its so frustrating when you cant get through just once and hear a ringing instead of the lovely lady from bell who will connect you for 1.50 when the line becomes free within the next 30 minutes. If I could reach through the phone and strangle that message I would. There all better now stress is all gone Thanks for listening.

Meetings and real work until now.
Will be enabling my Flash-LND-Flash-LND-Flash-LND process, hopefully for the remainder of the afternoon. Am changing my strategy though -- going to see what ROLL garners me ..... probably not much more than ROCK did previously, but hey, I'm all for trying something new!Courage is not the absence of fear but acting in spite of it.
