The 11th Husband...

A young man married a beautiful woman who had previously divorced 10 husbands. On their wedding night, she told her new husband to "Please be gentle; I'm still a Virgin".

"What?" said the puzzled groom. "How can that be if you've been married ten times?"

"Well, husband #1 was a Sales Representative; he kept telling me how great it was going to be.

"Husband # 2 was in Software Services; he was never really sure how it was supposed to function; but he said he'd look into it and get back with me.
"Husband # 3 was from Field Services; he said that everything checked out diagnostically but he just couldn't get the system up.

"Husband # 4 was inTelemarketing;even though he knew he had theorder, he didn't know when he would be able to deliver.
"Husband # 5 was an Engineer,he understood the basic process but he wanted three years to research, implement, and design a new state of the-art method.

"Husband #6 was from Administration; he thought he knew how but he wasn't sure whether it was his job or not.

"Husband # 7 was in Marketing; although he had a product, he was never sure how to position it...

"Husband # 8 was a Psychiatrist; all he did was talk about it.

"Husband # 9 was a Gynecologist; all he did was look at it.
"Husband # 10 was a Stamp Collector; all he ever did was lick it..... God I miss him.

" But now that I've married you, I'm so excited".

"Wonderful", said the husband, "but why?"

Andit: I just realized I have the same toy you were talking about yesterday! I just pulled it out when I went to play with my puds. Mine is light and dark blue flannel with a purple handle and it is frayed at the end! I also bought mine at Zeller's a couple of years ago in a sale bin for 25 cents, good deal! I have quite a few other variations of the same thing only paid more for those!

Another toy mine like is called the "Pump and Run" You use a pump thing attached to it to "pump" out a little mouse and when the kitty tries to get it it goes back inside.

Another I would never do without and I have three different versions is the round disc type thing with a ball that they can push around it, I think the one with the scratching pad in the middle is called the turbo charger. There are different versions and I often see Amy lying down playing with this.

You must keep your pets stimulated as like anyone they can get bored which is not good for them. That's one reason I have two kitties also, at least they have each other.

I pitty the poor pud who lives in a very small apartment with an owner who is out all day and never plays with the poor thing, it is very stressful for them.

Quincy has one of those. He likes to nap on it (he literally curls up into a tiny ball right on the scratch pad). I leave it at my folks, so he has a scratch pad when we're there.

You have to love the little darlings, don't you? Quincy cat figured out how to take out the ball the first night he had that toy. I woke up in the middle of the night hearing loud cracks, I thought something was seriously wrong. Turns out he was smacking that ball against the front door (he likes to play handball, apparently).

Damn lawn still hasn't cut itself. See you guys in a while...

Shall I send Lily dog over? She LOVES eating grass. She's terribly confused - she's part sheep dog, but she thinks she's part sheep.

i had a dog growing up, now that i'm out of the house, but hardly ever home, it doesn't seem fair to have a dog. a dog requires a lot of love & attention, & walks. don't get me wrong, i'd love to have a dog again & maybe some day i will, but i find cats are independent, don't require much maintenance. i can have more than one & they'll keep each other company & when i'm home i can give them love & attention.
