No comments from P&P on Facebook regarding log in issue.

About 14 people have complained with no P&P response on Facebook and first complaint was over 19 hours ago.

It would be nice if P&P just acknowledged there was an issue on Facebook and/or Twitter and they are working on it.

Yet, P&P just tweeted 6 hours ago about a contest? I don't have a twitter account or I would tweet them a comment to fix their site!

Nope I just tried again.... and I had posted a complaint on P & P facebook page, and it was about 2 mins after that they posted their reply. Just checked again, 2 hours later, and no update.

Nope I just tried again.... and I had posted a complaint on P & P facebook page, and it was about 2 mins after that they posted their reply. Just checked again, 2 hours later, and no update.

Jinkies, I am sorry that some are still unable to log on to the site. Stinks that it's past their office hours and now the weekend so their customer service team won't be around.

I recall back in October 2011 when P&P had log in issues that lasted weeks. Some could not log into the site for a week or more. We never did learn why some could log on while others could not.

As long as people can enter contests, view partner sites, etc., P&P gets their ad revenue $.

Then again, since P&P didn't post a message on facebook saying the issue is resolved, they might know some people still cannot log on to the P&P site to claim words??? It would've been nice if they made a comment other than the one small one under the Happy Feet contest post.

I'm glad you are being vocal on facebook as that gets their attention sometimes more than an email. I'm sure you are doing other folks a solid too as it's obviously not fixed for everyone .

Just got home from shopping and running around.

I went to do the promotion through Chrysler. You test drive a car and get a $50 gas card. Well the local delaership had no idea what we were talking about so we got nothing, I emailed to complain as I wasted my time and gas. ç

Bought the brats some toys today, and they are all fighting over them now.

Off to register for the pet first aid and cpr course and to do this weeks course material for my online class.
