I think so! When I first starting seeing that it got me worried, because sometimes sites just shut down after a while if they're not doing well. It definitely got me wondering, but they say good things are coming, so we'll just have to see.

Are you in ontario? Because no-pets clauses in leases/rental agreements in Ontario are actually illegal under the landlord-tenant act. It doesn't stop landlords from trying to put them in, but they can't be enforced.

I'm not sure about other provinces though.

Ontario...but I'm looking to rent a condo so I'm pretty sure the owners of the place are allowed to say no pets and no smoking if they don't want people doing that in the place. I'm already having enough issues trying to find a place because I'm a student and don't want to live in a basement so I don't want to add a pet into the mix too and kill my chances completely of ever finding a nice place LOL! I will just wait until I eventually own a place of my own then get a pet.
