Submitting for the site of the day worked fine for me just a few minutes ago...

Just sent an email off to sheknows stating that there was nothing in the contest rules stating that you had to be a US resident, also gave them my address and phone number telling them they could either write or phone me about this. Hopefully it works. I was so excited about winning 10,000 points, then my "high" from winning went completely away when I saw the being a US resident.
Thank you so much for for you advice

Oh and one other thing, I'd make sure you're sending your email to the email address that was on the prize notification, because it could get you an answer a lot faster if it's different from the regular contact email. Hopefully you get a response in the next day or two. In the end there shouldn't be a problem with you getting your prize.

Yeah, I was having the same problem, I gave up.

I didn't have any luck using Google Chrome but I switched to Internet Explorer and it worked fine!

Wierd I had been using Google Chrome all the way along ! Go figure!

Now BOO if I could just rep !!!!
