That's crazy. So do you have the send the fourth back as well or it that the window you actually need?

Oh I need that window, they ripped out the old one to put in the new one and that's when they realized the mistake! and its winter outside!!!!

They tacked in the window and chalked and foamed all around the "empty space" around the window. Seems quite tight well sealed for now.

DH and I are just sick over this ... we've been saving a very long time for these windows and were so excited (yea, I know we have sad lives! lol).

Its actually 2 am here and I woke up thing about it and I hear dh moving around downstairs. Don't think we're so angry as devasted! ;(
