Hi everyone! Hope all is well.

I'm still trying to catch up after spending the weekend at my folks'.

I foolishly volunteered to bring dessert on Sunday when I went to Easter at my friend's. 20 people, eeek! I ended up making a Boston Cream Pie & a French Silk Pie (basically a chocolate mousse pie) - unfortunately my mousse wouldn't set, so it lacked that magazine prettiness. But they tasted really yummy. I told everyone that next time, I'm bringing blindfolds for all.
