I did end up talking to Canada Post about it. They recently hired new people to do the routes and didn't inform them that even if it's just samples, they cannot take other's mail. I just have to hope nothing like it happens again, and if it does... well, my loss I guess.

OMG!! I can't believe they would have to actually tell someone that! I understand some people have no common sense or sense of morals, but come on. I don't work for Canada Post and I even know that that is not only stealing but a punishable crime.

not only that but i would feel way too bad taking someone elses mail! The guilt I would feel would consume me.

Speaking of Canada Post . . . I haven't had any mail in 3 weeks. The city was doing some work on the road/driveway and Canada Post stopped delivering my mail! Contacted CP and all I get is 'give us 5 business days to sort this out." So one week later I contact them again and they say 'oops! Give us 5 more days . . . " I took pictures to prove the driveway is safe for their tender footies to traverse, but they still say again "give us 5 more days..." The kicker - this morning a Canada Post delivery truck brought a package to my front door 'cause I guess he didn't get the memo that he would be risking life and limb to do so. At least I got my package and it was pretty exciting after 3 weeks of no mail!!

I think I would die if I didn't get mail for 3 weeks. At times, it's the highlight of my day. I get so excited to see what goodies I get lol
