I am a little new to this...so I would appreciate some feedback about how much should you tip your mailman?
I really want to give him something for the holidays but i am new to this and am not sure what will be appropriate...do you think a holiday gift package would be a proper thing to give to the mailman?
He is kind of fiftyish and looks like he must have a family...though i would ask him first to make sure i guess

I gave my letter carrier a $15 gift card for Tim Hortons. I give my carrier a gift card so she won't have to carry something else around for the rest of her walk (god knows how she carries everything this time of year!). I'm sure cash would also be appreciated too.
I know it's not much, but it's nice to tip for something that we basically use every day.

I just received a good sized box by courier, filled with bubble wrap and....one bag of Quaker Cripsy Minis from (a prize win.) It probably cost them a fortune to wrap and mail a $1.29 product!!!!!
