the mail didn't come today, i think that the mail person doesn't deliver on rainy days. Anytime it is raining the mail does not get delivered or picked-up (I live in an apartment building, so there is usually always mail marked with the return to sender, wrong address at the mail boxes, that is how I know if the mail person has been by). Only a handful of times in living here for 4 years has the mail come on a day when it is raining. Usually the next sunny day the mail boxes are overflowing and not shutting..seems unusual to me..
