I've read a lot of stacking coupons on here, but I'm not quite sure what it means and how it's done. How do you know if a coupon is stackable and whether you can stack coupons at a store? Also what exactly makes a coupon stackable anyways? Thanks in advance for enlightening me!

well.. im not the most infromed person on this subject. because as far as i know, you can only stack at London Drug and i dont have one in my province (if you guys have one.. AWESOME! i think there in BC and Alberta) im pretty sure you can only stack coupons with different UPC's, (so the coupons you use to stack for one product must all be different coupons,) but there are LOTS of different places you can find coupons, the paper, grocery stores, magazines, doing trades on here or joining trains. several different websites online you can order them from, its free and you receive them in about 2-4 business days. So i dont think it takes anything special to be stackable, as long as you don't have two coupons with the same UPC, and as long as the coupons dont exceed the total of the product your buying(although i heard some cashiers will just adjust the coupon to the total, but you would be taking a chance doing that, not all cashiers are nice lol)

here are some sites that will send you free coupons.

    http://www.save.ca
    http://www.gocoupons.ca
    http://www.brandsaver.ca/en_ca/coupons/
    http://www.websaver.ca/en_ca/

    Hope this helps a bit.

Yes, Orv....I've been PM'ing with others and have found that to be the consensus.

As long as the coupon does not say "No Stacking" (which I have not seen on any coupons I've run across so far) if they say "One coupon per purchase" or "One coupon per customer" they can still be used when stacking. (As long, of course, that there are no duplicate UPC's)

I have a London Drugs here so I'm looking forward to accumulating some same product coupons with different UPCs so I can give it a whirl!

Thanks for the explanation! If only there was a London Drugs here in Quebec...bummer. I love saving money, but I don't think I'll be moving out to BC or Alberta anytime soon to be closer to one

hmm ok so basically you can use multiple coupons on the same product in other word as long as they don't have the "one coupon per use/one coupon per person" kinda lingo...and the same upc... hmm i wonder if it can be done at walmart... has anyone tried it here in ontario??
