lol oh yay got a 5 point survey today, i needed a 10 point one though to cash out again!

Did anyone get charged from the bank when depositing the cheque? (because US cheque)

I never get charged when depositing US cheques...They simply do the daily conversion rate, and voila! :)

Do you go at the teller or do you use the machine?

I deposit mine through the machine....I'm with PC, you have the option with CIBC machines of depositing a US cheque....and I have never been charged for depositing US cheques.

I usually deposit mine at the ATM, but I've gone in the branch before and not had any problems. And I deal with CIBC...

Nope, no charge but the exchange rate can stink on them

Just received a survey for 10 points that was supposed to take 5mins to complete. It took me longer than 5mins to get to the "employment status" question which I got the "quota filled" screen again. But yes they have definitely got some data from me as an end-user already so why didn't they asked for my personal data first (afterall that's data that won't change for me as an end user)

Waiting to cash out on my last cheque. I haven't even been on there for long but it just doesn't feel the same anymore.

This used to be one of my favorites but for the past year it's gone downhill for me too. Maybe it's just me, but the quality of the surveys are worse e.g. badly worded, set up. AND getting booted off after so many Qs! Also, many are now coming from other sites like Ipsos, Global, etc. I will perservere, just disappointed though :(

not charged but for fund adjustments they take away money. It might be better to cash them now that the dollar is high,sometimes you can get a few cents extra this way.

they are in US dollars so unless you have a US dollar account, this isn't a good time to cash them. The Canadian dollar is higher at the moment so your money from the US is worth less. But wait a couple of weeks as our dollar usually doesn't stay at par long...it is a gamble as it might but somehow I doubt it. I have money in paypal I want to get out but am waiting for the US dollar to go up or I will lose a lot on exchange.
