There must've been changes over the last couple of months, the surveys used to be quite well set up and I used to qualify for most of them. Too bad, used to be one of my favorites
i think it's because most of the surveys are now outsourced. That's why it's not really well set up and pending credits occurs. Those are not opinion outpost's own surveys
Just cashed out at $38.40! Hopefully the cheque sill arrive soon!

Has anyone ever had any problems with a survey not crediting after you complete it?
Also, has anyone ever tried to contact their customer service and if so, how long did it take to get a reply?

i experienced many times.. and OO said it's not their fault. it's the survey company and in the end i never ended up getting the credits back because OO is not responsible for them.Quote:
