So I started this many moons ago when I was on the weight watchers forums.. basically what it is, is a personal fitness challenge that we discuss and motivate eachother as a group (but the results are your own and in no way being compared to others!)
FABS = Flat ABs for Summer
The challenge is a certain amount of situps/crunches per day, that you need to do in order to reach the final amt required for the challenge.
So a good number is 100.
Basically the challenge will run for two weeks (we will make it short), and you will need to do 100 situps/crunches per day, in order to reach the required 1400 for the two week period.
Everyday you can in the fabs thread any issues your having, comments, motivational peices or just talk ... You can do the 100 through out the day or all 100 at one time in the day.
I hope this is making sense... lol..
Basically, we are challenging ourselves, and staying on track by all working together
I figured Id see if anyone was interested and then I could set up the exact challenge specifics, etc.. I just dont want to set it up and no one is interested lol..

Ohhhh....I like this - count me in!!! I would love some motivation to work on my abs. I am quite active - spin 3x's a week and am training for running a 10k in a couple weeks - but i have found in the last yr or so I am getting a fat roll around my stomach. I don't know if it's age (I'm 35)or metabolism slowing down but I've always had a really flat stomach (I'm pear shape) - even after 3 kids.
Looking forward to some more motivation - I want to rid any muffin top ASAP

okay count me in as well
i am trying to strengthen my lower back muscles as well as part of my physiotherapy right now and my ab muscles are getting quite the workout. i can feel they are so USED!! lol ...
so this is good timing

Im interested!! Ive lost 35 pounds and need to start tightening up my stomach, I did 20 situps today, so its a start LOL.

Since we can chat about our workout/diet here I must say today I bought a big bag of M&M eggs because they were cheap and looked delicious but I didn't et any hahaha they just sit on my counter and taunt me. I realy dont know wny I bought them.... I must like to torture myself.

You know whats crazy, its 230 calories for 15, why cant chocolate be low calorie hahaha.
