    I do three different ones (i like to switch it up)

    I do regular crunches and bicycle ones as well
    and I also do these ones:
    Knee Raise - Lying and Twisting

    • Lie face up on the floor with legs straight and fingers behind ears.
    • Raise right knee towards left elbow and left elbow towards right knee.
    • The movement should twist the upper body to the right and the lower body to the left.
    • Return to the starting position and repeat using left knee/right elbow.

    i did 50 crunches and 50... reverse crunches?(where you lift your butt..lol) holy crap i am NOT used to THAT!!! AND i did FIVE girly pushups!!!(more than i ever have before!!!)lol you know the kind on your knees..lol o well its a start

    do i get extra points for having to clean a spot on the floor to do my situps??... hurricane Taylor(my DD) ripped through my living room.... LOL i dont think there is an open spot to stand... let alone lay dpwn LOL

    I think starting Monday, I'm gonna do 20 situps, 60 crunches, and 20 bicycle crunches. Honestly I can barely do situps but I can do 20 pushups straight

    Oh everyone is prepared hehe I don't have an action plan yet I am just gonna do it! I like dancing though.... I think I am going to try to do more intense dancing more often that would really help get me into shape. Plus I want to play basketball since the rain stopped and I have a day off
