Mine got yelled at by a cranky cashier, so they're now scared of using coupons. They come visit me every week, so we go on a road trip (for big items I have coupons for). Anything small, I pick up for them with my coupons & surprise them. Sometimes they even reimburse me. :P

They don't want their job, there are plenty of unemployed people who would like to be earning a living and are willing to not give the customers attitude.

Of course, I only get snippy if it's unprovoked crankiness. But then? Just back away slowly, with your hands where I can see them...
