No, no, you're doing it wrong. You only throw things at cute single guys.

& do you really think any of them will admit to getting hit by a girl?

Yes, Mrs. Save_Girl by now...I wisely decided that I didn't need the OPP on my case and didn't crash the ceremony (God forbid I should even think about the reception! Although I do give a good toast, so I'm told).

I went to Zellers instead, and PMd five bottles of PGX to WM.

    Usually!

Just ask Kitty and Sunraven. They both think I'm totally incompetent.

*and I still totally think we should crash the ceremony so we can throw coupons at you, instead of rice, as you leave. LOL!!*

    Thank you!!

We had a totally awesome day. The whole day went off without a hitch, no drama, no issues, no catastrophes, all just fun and relaxed. I wasn't even nervous except for like the 10min before the ceremony where I did have a total melt down freak out. Now I just have to impatiently wait for the photos.

Guys, I want to show this one off... I am so proud of this little drop-off (only 7 baskets) but it was put together very quickly and chock-a-block with goodies, including Dove/ Nestle Noir chocolates found at SDM clearance.

I am very glad this day is coming to a close.

Today I had to take my cat to the vet and have her put to sleep. She was ancient by cat standards, and had declined rapidly over the past few days; so, even though I know it was the right decision, it was still really hard to have to do it. Especially since she always hated the vet's office - and, true to form, her feisty side took over and she hissed and growled at the staff as soon as she realized where she was. That made it even tougher for me - because I know her last few minutes were unpleasant and she was scared because she was there.

It takes an awful lot to make me cry, but I was a wreck. I don't think having another pet is in my future any time soon. It's hard to believe that there's no cat in my house for the first time in 20 years (her "brother" was five when I found her as a scrawny stray).

I'm not a cat person by any stretch of the imagination, but you melted my heart. *huge hugs*

You did the right thing, best to let her go than have her suffer. It'll get better, go to bed, get some rest.
Add me on twitter and I'll add you back! Just mention you are from SC!

    ~hugs~ it is always hard,

those minutes of unhappiness at the vet is better than her suffering though

I said the same thing when we took Scully to the vet and brought home another within 2 weeks

Like Sunraven said you did the right thing. One of my co workers had to do the same last week and she was not her self all week. Hugs..............
