I finally found time to organize half of my coupon mess. No better way of cleaning it up than to go stacking.

    London Drugs
    Garnier Spray clearance 2.99 - 2 = .99
    Old Spice Deoderant & 3xBodywash 17.96 - 15 = 2.96 (I had a 3WUB2 fly out of my hands and go under the counter )
    Venus Razor 15.99 - 10 + 10WUB3 = 0 (Why I didn't price match for the razors IDK but they were still free )
    Fusion Razor 13.99 - 12 = 0
4xSatin Care *I realized later that she only rang in 3 of them so they were 6.48 - 6 = .48 but with the 10WUB3 I made 1.54 so that makes up a bit for dropping the Old Spice coupon
Gillette Body Wash 4.99- free WUB razor = 0
    Pantene Shampoo & Conditioner 7.98 - 8 = 0
    2xPamers Wipes 9.98 - 8 = 1.98
    2xCruisers 30.00 - 25 = 5.00
(not in pic) crackers for DD .59

    Saved: 100.96 Paid: 15.54

    Shoppers
    6x Danone yogurt 2/5.00 = 15 - 2.00 manager's special peelies on each = 3 ( wish I had my .50 Danone coupons with me they would've been free)
Kraft Peanut Butter reg 3.99 - clearout .99
    Rice Cakes reg 3.29 - clearout 1.69
Glade Wisp refill reg 5.99 - clearout 1.69
    Scrubbing Bubbles gel 4.99 - FPC = 0

    Saved: 25.89 Paid: 7.56

    Safeway
    Corn Pops 5.41 - FPC = 0

Hi there, I am new to the whole coupon thing, and I have been really inspired by posts like yours, and people I have seen in the news. I am wondering is what WUB stands for....I want to learn your ways and get great deals as well, especially since I am freshly laid off from work......

Any advice you have would be great! Thank you in advance.

WUB = when you buy. For example Gillettes save $5 when you buy 3 Gillette products - $5WUB3.
Thank you for saying you are inspired on posts like mine. I felt the same way when I first started and seen how others have saved. I have learnt everything I know from this great site and all the wonderful helpful members on it.
    I private messaged you

Since you are from BC you have London Drugs ( LD )there ...which is like heaven for coupon users since that's the ONLY store which allows COUPON STACKING in Canada as far as I know . With all the other stores its NO in almost all the cases
You should be hitting LD BIG TIME..especially the LD one below as its in your area .

Also PRICE MATCH / AD MATCH whenever you can as this also saves you tons of money .
Also buy things whenever they are on SALE not reg. price .

Also don't forget SCOP = Scanning Code of Practice where you can get the item FREE or $ 10 OFF ( If more than $ 10 ) if it scans higher than the advertised shelf / display or flyer price @ the till . ( Most stores except Zellers partcipate in SCOP )
So , SALE + PRICE MATCHING + COUPONS ( especially stacking ) + SCOP = TONS of money saved .

You already know about the 3 main sites from where you can order coupons i.e save.ca , websaver.ca and brandsaver.ca so that's great .

Also watchout for newspaper & flyer inserts like SMART SOURCE , RED PLUM etc which get delivered to your house for FREE with all the other flyers that come . Most people throw them out as Junk mail even though they contain valuable coupons .

Also lot of stores like RCSS / Loblaws etc have their own store coupons right at the entrance on a big coupon board they can usually be stacked / combined with the Manufacturer coupons .

You can also trade for coupons over here on SC just visit the coupon trading section .

Only trade with reputable traders with Good Feedback & Trade rating
as there are lot of scammers .
Since you are NEW you might not initially have much coupons to trade in that case just sending / trading a few Canada postage stamps with fellow SC'ers can get you tons of coupons you need .

You will be surprised how many good high value coupons just 4-5 postage stamps can get you from other traders .

Create a TRADE LIST and WISH LIST under About ME so that you can get & send coupons you need faster .

    DON'T BE A COUPON HOARDER ,
but collect a couple of coupons here & there whenever you go shopping or when you are browsing through the aisles .
