    its ridiculous ..you have to have enough points for the non-vip to redeem for it work...then when you redeem it shows you redeeming at the VIP level amount...wtf?!

    Finally got it to work AND for it to redeem properly. The trick was to log out, request the reward to redeem, log back in and it worked!!!

    I was going to get the movie tickets but it says they expire 12/31/2010 so I didn't get them, I am sure it is just a typo but I wasn't taking the chance of wasting my points on something I couldn't use.

    yes it is a typo, last time i got them they expired sometime in 2012
