I am waiting for my McDonalds GC ordered in June, I emailed icoke and got their pact gobbly-gook of an answer.
Also ordered the Empire tickets the same week. The email indicated I would have to print them off and as I don't have a printer I emailed them about it. They messaged me back assurung they would be mailing out the tickets. But I haven't received them yet and when I emailed them last week about it they said:

The Coke coupon has the 12pack option showing. VIP needs 6500 points for the pack or 3500 points for the 2L bottle. I'm in Ontario so don't know if other provinces have the same offer.

hey just wanted to say i redeemed for the pizza pizza gift card and got it in less than 2 weeks amazing!!!!!
btw i walked around my neighbours recycle bins and got 6 pins...

Sadly iCoke has the worst customer service ever! I e-mailed them for months about a few codes that kept coming up invalid. When they finally wrote back, they said "Oh, sorry it took us so long but we see you have been able to get into your account since you have contacted us." REALLY!? Is that what I wrote about?! I wrote them back stating that getting into my account wasn't the issue, but that I had pins that wouldn't work. Never heard back from them and this was months and months ago!
