it's called URL Checker.
You minimize it to your system tray and it checks the link every XX seconds (can set it to whatever you want, I have 30 seconds).
Until it works it will keep saying "site not loaded properly". When it finally does load it means icoke has restocked the best buy cards and it will pop up from the system tray with a message alerting you that the URL is now working. The link has to be EXACT or it doesn't work properly. So if by chance iCoke changed the best buy gift card link then this will not work at all (but I doubt they will change it!)

Where I live I always see PINs on 591mL and 2L.
