UPDATE: For those who posted last week or the week before mentioning they were NOT getting the Red Plum or Smart Source magazine in either the Scarborough Mirror or Toronto Sun - you NEED to call in and make a complaint. I had to do that with both companies. Scarborough Mirror wasn't apparently delivering the Friday newspaper which these inserts come in. I have been calling and complaining since last October and they were not doing anything about it. I finally got somewhere yesterday and called in to speak with the rep for my area and mentioned to her the Friday paper should have the Smart Source this weekend. She said they will deliver it to my home with the Smart Source and low and behold, it was at my doorstep this morning.

Regarding the Toronto Sun, my complaint has apparently gone to the higher ups. They mentioned I should be getting both the Smart Source and Red Plum, as well as flyers and any other inserts. I have been getting nothing since I had this subscription and was only getting the paper and that was it. Hopefully they will get this fixed soon.

Please call and make your complaints. That is the only way to get these problems fixed. The more customers make note of these things, they more likely these companies will be on top of this.

I am so upset I have been waiting and checking our local papers and they did not come I even phoned and inquired about the inserts and they said they didn't get them. I thought I could find a couple but no luck. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do?

i didnt get my smart source last week in our free flyer bundle, so i have my fingers crossed that it comes tomorrow and that i didnt miss it somehow last week. here in saskatchewan, we seem to get things later them the rest of the country.

wow I can't believe how much we are missing out on here in Sudbury, ON. I get the Red Plum at random...didn't get the Brand Saver last weekend. Does anyone know if the flyers come in the papers in stores such as the Ottawa Citizen and the Toronto Star? Wondering where I can get my flyers!
