Best things to start is always read the blog page. Normally all the good deals are posted there eventually. Second thing to do is to check the deals thread (hit deals tab) and check out the thread that mentions which coupons to use that week. It is very handy as it tells you which coupons to use where. The coupon tab has a thread that has the official links to printable coupons....very handy! Under the freebies tab there is a thread that reads if you are new, start here! It has links to all the freebies that always come!

As for coupons sign up at www.save.ca, www.websaver.ca , www.gocoupons.ca and www.brandsaver.ca . These are mail to home coupons sent by manufacturers.
