    I've been on a major hunt for the stuff! Thanks Pamplemouse for directing me to Dartmouth, might just have to commit to the drive though I live in Truro! Anyone else see it near me or even Halifax area? Desperate to make my own laundry soap!

    I know that your local home hardware store will stock borax.
    ask if they will bring in washing soda. other then that I would say good luck . call and try some of the sobeys chain stores- foodland Iam pretty sure has had some, but again, you need to ask a a manger
