I recently saw a women on a video say, she had one coupon and used it on a sale of Campbells soup that was already reduced and paid a very small amount for it. Unfortunately, there was no information on how she did this. (Why they bothered with this video I don't know) Is it possible she could use the one coupon more than once? How would she say this to the cashier or manager? Sandra

Manufacturer coupons need to be sent away for reimbursement. And you would need one for every unit that you buy. The retailer needs to account for sales/coupons submitted. Store coupons can be a bit more flexible. For the most part, if it isn't clearly explained how someone got a deal, there is often something "not quite right" about it.

This is what "one coupon per perchase" means.

I am currently looking for coupons for non parishable foods or grocery coupons good until December to help with Christmas food helpers.
If you have any to trade please PM me.

It is possible that it was on clearance and she had a good coupon? it is possible to get stuff close to free (or even get overage back) if you find a good clearance sale

If it was in Loblaws stores, it is possible she had a coupon zone coupon and a manufacturer and the store allowed her to use both (although their new policy does not allow this), or SDM they will let you use a manager special sticker with a coupon

While I have never heard of it in grocery stores, I have seen it at the McDonalds I worked at. It was their policy to return to coupon to the customer to encourage them to return multiple times during the sale.
