hi! yes GF is gluten free. I was so short of time and wanted to do up a bunch of the chicken or turkey strips for DD before she arrived home, she loves them, like you said no salt and other chemicals in the breading. Here is the funny part, I calculated my meat after, and I paid $4.80 a lb!!! There was 6 lbs total and after the 30% off it was $28.82, oh the time it saved me but not doing that again, lol!!
