Just wanted to say "Thanks" to the person -- SmartCanuck or other, who cleaned out my London Drugs of Cascades Action packs. I needed to buy dishwashing detergent and low and behold...couldnt get what I wanted.

So...stopped at another LD out of my way...and what-do-you-know...out of Cascades Action Packs.

Hmmm....Questioned CS lady and she said a 'couponer' was in yesterday.
Now my Aug 15th expiries are going to well -- expire before I can buy them as both stores told me to wait until they are re-stocked after the weekend.

I think it's great to stock up --- I do as well...but never once have I cleared a shelf of product.

Sorry to rant...bad shopping day I guess.

can you have asked the manager to "prepay" them with your coupons and then come back and get them once they are in stock? Maybe they can do that?

On the other hand, maybe LD needs to order more stock for items they notice goes out of the shelves fast..

Happened to me gazillions of times. It sucks but nothing you can do - some people just go hog wild and are inconsiderate.

i feel your pain! every time i go to buy them when they are onsale they are always out of stock! or only have 1 left...i've discovered the cascade tabs are a hot product (very hot product) when they go onsale they are always sold out (cashier even commented this when i went to purchase mine) even times when they are not onsale they are sold out, at the moment i have a raincheck for them from last time they went onsale

happened to me when i wants to use my $10 off glade coupon and i was planing to combine with $5 sense n spray ,but there was nothing on the shelf .

But hey, maybe the other end of this isn't what you think. How many were you going to get? 2? 3? Maybe the other 'couponer' only got 2 or 3, or 1... do you know how many was there??? Mine doesn't stock that many of those... come in a box type thing with.. maybe 6?!

I'm assuming they're a smaller store, maybe they don't have a lot room for overstock?

At least someone else bought them - I went to shoppers to buy one of their 'sunday monday' specials, and there wasn't any there and I asked if they had more, and the employee said the store screwed up and didn't even order them on time, and they weren't coming in until the next day when the sale was over. AND they don't give rainchecks for those specials - wtf?

Hi. i just wanted to comment that a couple of weeks back when LD had the cascade on sale I bought 6. That is how many come in a box. I told my friend and she rean down and got 6. And that was it. No more on the shelf. Tons of people got rainchecks etc. So I was 1 of the lucky few to get them. In smaller stores. 12 packs isn't very much at all. I am sure the person or persons didn't do it on purpose. Maybe they only bought a few.(By the way I shared them with family members and only kept 3. My family was so excited!!)
Now if they bought a ton..... then its just plain selfish!

thats what i was gonna say .may be there was only 1-2 or 2-3 and needy person took it.u cant say that stackers clean up shelf .may be there was only few.
belive me LD is always outof this stuff so plz dont feel bad.
