this is a different kind of brag, made "rainbow" cupcakes with buttercream icing (although the cake part was from a package but I didn't buy it hahaha my mom did). They were so yummy!

I made 3 different colours in 3 different bowls (red, yellow and blue) then I used a bag (you are supposed to use an icing bag but I don't have one and a normal sandwhich bag works fine when you cut off the a tip on one of the corners). then you scoop them in a little bit at a time so when you squeeze it out they create all the different colours! I love it because they look so cool but are so easy
edit: if you are using a sandwhich bag cut off the tip at the end after you have filled it. Also the first little bit of icing tends to basically only be one colour but it's still really neatLast edited by dawn_sweety; Tue, Aug 17th, 2010 at 11:37 PM.

It IS brag worthy as well as food section worthy.
Those are really great. Thanks for explaining how you did them; I might just try this myself!"Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken." Oscar Widle
