    Does any one have a e-mail address for premier choice rewards? I still have'nt gotten my gift card.

    I would suggest calling them at (866) 877-8050. I tried sending emails and they never replied.

    I sent hotspex an e-mail and they said they would forward it to premier choice.

    I guess i'll just have to keep complaining to them too.

    I too, have had difficulties with redeeming my rewards. I requested my rewards on Sept. 22nd and received the letter in the mail with the pin on Nov. 2, and have yet to receive the compensation! Apparently, the problem isn't with Premier Choice - the rewards actually go to another company, called USA Promotional Giftcards. They are the ones who work with Premier Choice to get you your incentive. I'm still waiting to receive my cheque and it hasn't come as yet. Apparently the number for USA Promotional Giftcards is not reachable from Canada so I've only been emailing. They said they've sent it since Nov. 17th but haven't received anything as yet.

    I emailed Hotspex and Carly told me that I have to deal with Premier Choice Rewards as they have handled my rewards request. Boo hoo

    I sent one email to an address Premiere Choice gave me, [email protected] , but no one replied. I've just been constantly messaging Hotspex through the 'Contact Us' link, and finally succeeded after more than a few weeks of complaining.

    I specifically requested that Hotspex give me the reward themselves rather than contacting Premiere Choice again, I'm surprised they agreed but am glad they did. Don't bother contacting [email protected], I never got a reply through that.

    I e-mailed hotspex and this is what they sent back:



    " I apologize for the inconvenience and the delay.

    All gift card orders made between August 30th and November 14th are being processed by Premier Choice Rewards and because those orders have already begun the redemption process with Premier Choice Rewards they will have to be completed with that process.

    I am forwarding your email directly to our contact at Premier Choice Rewards and you can expect to hear from them shortly to assist you with this process.

    If you wish, you can contact their customer care center at (866) 877-8050.

    Please inform me should you require further assistance.

    I emailed a few times, they kept referring me to the reward place, I finally told them I had been there and done that and was not doing it again and they sent me an amazon.ca code....and within an hour i had yet another email asking me to fill out the same info on the premier choice rewards site that i had filled out three times already. I disregarded that as Hotspex had sent the code a little while earlier. I had also called premier choice rewards and they weren't sure what to do and someone was to call me back...they didn't. keep bugging hotspex for the reward you earned.

    got my 10$ amazon gift card that was missing from premier choice... hotspex sent it after I complained. So I'm happy they acknowledged their mistakes.

    They too finally sent me my $40 Amazon Gift cards via email after waiting 4.5 months for this giftcard and complaining about Premier Choice.

    like this site sooo much, the surveys are the most interesting ones and not lengthy at all .
