I ordered an Amazon.ca card and ended up getting this stupid PIN in the mail that I have to enter on another site called rewardterms and when I tried to order they only offer US retailers and you have to wait AGAIN! I'm getting fed up with Hotspex. Why can't they just email a gift code instead of making it so complicated?!!! Anyone else received this famous PIN yet? If so, what do you think?

So listen to this - I received my access pin codes yesterday (received two letters in the same envelope with a different customer pin code for each, as I redeemed for two giftcards) and when I entered in the customer numbers in the site, it's telling me the ID cannot be found! I'm going to have to email Hotspex right away, seeing this reward redemption is time sensitive and requires your acceptance within 7 days. Oh geesh, another wait.

i email them last nite and i got this reply ( i believe is auto reply) ~
"Thank you for your concern or comment. Due to a very high volume of e-mails, our response time to your inquiries may be delayed. A Hotspex representative will respond as soon as possible.
Best Regards,
Carly,
Director of Innovator Relations"
let's hope the problem will resolve soon!!!!

Yeah, I got a PIN and it didn't work either. What a disaster!
Open a Tangerine bank account (formerly ING ) using my Orange Key (14507658S1), deposit $100 and we both get $25! Right now, receive up to $150 in bonuses and earn 2.50% interest!

UPDATE: I was able to track down the Premier Choice Rewards company off the internet. I made a few google searches and got their telephone number. Before that, I had emailed Hotspex and also left them a voicemail message but when I got the reply saying they were receiving a high volume of emails I figured they would not get back to me by next week which would be too late for them to look into this PIN issue.
Anyhow, here's the number for Premier Choice Rewards: 1-866-852-4617. Call them if you're having issues with redeeming your PIN code. They told me already the site has been down since yesterday and they have now emailed me with instructions as to an alternative way to redeem my giftcards.
Hope that helps and good luck!

I was able to choose a cheque as opposed to a giftcard. It's coming from the United States so that means another wait.
