Wow, I really appreciate all your kind thoughts. You don't really realize just how precious the relationship with your mother is until you are in danger of losing it. I was thinking....... you are with your mother from the minute you are in this world. Her hearts beats as your heart before you have your own. Her heart breaks every time yours does.
I know how lucky I am to have had such a wonderful mother. And, I will cherish all the memories. I will cherish all the lessons......the best one I feel that gives me comfort now...... to try to live by the serenity prayer.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change.
The courage to the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference.

Update.... I lost my mother last night about 11 pm.
