Well...I worked all afternoon making this freakin fudge recipe...then at the critical moment, I over-stirred it and it fudged too soon. I tried to press the crumbly bits into the pan, but its just not working. *sigh* the bits do taste REALLY good though!

Can you turn it into fudge-ball-truffles and roll them in coconut, crushed graham crumbs, or cocoa? I rescued a recipe once that way.
Mind you, just eating up the 'mistake' is a fine way to go, too!

Finished helping my cousin put up this 20ft pine tree for Christmas. We found it on his 17 acres, cut it down and dragged it to the house with the pick up truck. Tonight we will decorate it a bit.

Mmmm....fudge....I could never make it until last year I found a fool proof fudge recipe........it is super easy !!! I will post it later or tomorrow....have to finish making my pizza!!!

My sore hands and arms could sure use a KitchenAid for baking this year!

No prob Natalka...its a recipe for butter fudge that I got from my SIL...I haven't tried it yet though. It calls for evaporated milk or cream, thats next up after lunch, so we'll see how it goes! I'll keep you posted, LOL!
