hubby was rear-ended this am on way back to work at lunch. lots of damage to our car. more than he let on :( well over 2k. anyway, he's fine, and i'm glad the airbag did not go off (he has a repaired aneurysm in main aorta one in abdomen) and is all wired from the triple bipass.

someone up there likes me. i'm telling you it's been one heckuva year but i do realize it could have been so much worse, and i count my blessings every day.

as for the car. amazingly it's driveable. so we'll see what happens with that. too upset to discuss that part tho. i could use a valium right ow.

i am so thankful for this thread. so thankful for my sc friends. so thankful we can talk about whatever we want here (well almost lol)

and i'm so thankful for the freedom we have because of the soldiers that have served and sacrified for us, and are still. we will remember them!

tommorrow hubby is off. another blessing in disguise, we coulda sure used the 2 1/2 x the pay..but ryan needs his dad home more too. so we'll be at a rememberance day ceremony with cadets. so i prolly won't be on much tommorrow. and i'm going to go to bed now. just wanted to say gnite, keep your fingers crossed that all works out with that car. hugs

Hello Everyone! Anna from North Carolina here. I figure I have been a lurker for too long so I jumped on in. I am one of thos crazy people that joined the sheknows points & prizes board...thanks to my friend Jenn. Now I am on a mad hunts for those dang words. I must admit I think I am in over my head on the hunt....not sure where all to look for them.

Does anyone know why the words money, coast, pack and clothespin do not work?

As far as these words go... I do not see "Money" on any of my old or new lists... maybe it is "Monkey"? That is a Contest page word, expires on 12/02. Coast worked for me, I claimed it on Nov. 3rd.. Well for whatever reason I just can not get clothespin, coast or money to enter. I have even tried copy and pasting them, but no luck. I keep trying though since they do appear to be Thanksgiving Hunt words.

NS I am so sorry about the accident and super glad to hear hubby is okay. Enjoy the ceremonies tomorrow and the time as a family. I will not partake in anything formal here for Remembrance Day but I am thankful for everything these people have done for us to make Canada the super coolest country ever to live in !!! Sorry to our US Folks...but come on...we rock in Canada !!!

oh crap the top leaders have now jumped up to 6075..those two have to be working together. Where are they finding all these words?
