NS... I have luck like that with cars too... haven't driven in 2 years, since we have one with a manual transmission at the moment and I despise driving it.

Rose.. I have the Les Mis soundtrack on my computer, I can transfer it to you somehow, maybe over some kind of messenger program? If you have a way, I can get it to you. Or I can record myself playing it on the piano for you so you can practice with it (Without someone else singing! LOL)

Treble - I had no idea you were so musically inclined, though your name should have given it away :) I studied vocal music at Julliard. You and I should get together and start our own music school!

Star - I am a crazy contest enter-er too, but I never win anything :) They just have a LOAD of cute things for the kids up right now, and I'm entering away, thanks to lovely RoboForm, which I never saw till everyone laughed that I didn't have it yet!

I'm off to get lunch ready for hubby tomorrow, and get some laundry done.. I think I might take little Miss Monet to the doctor tomorrow.. she threw up all her supper, poor mouse! I had to rock her for 30 minutes to get her to sleep. Nothing but wierd health problems at my house recently. *sigh*

ooh, keep an eye on that curls, that one i was talking about with the trans, would cut out on me everytime. once in the middle of the fookin intersection! never did it for my DH. he thought i din't know how to drive. til it blew on the damn highway on him.

lol, are you giving the kitten something like peidalyte so she doesn't get dehyrated? used to give that stuff to ryan any time, he was throwing up or having flying axe handles. oh, and when he threw up, we used gravol supositories. callin the dr' is a good idea. esp if it contines more than a day. don't mess with that stuff.

my brother-in-law passed away on the 10th. i just got the email :( the one that was sick in hosp. last word i got said he was recieving radiation and had months.

I'm ok... went to the emerg today because I was having really wierd pains all along my abdomen, very burning sensation. The nurse said "Of course its going to hurt, you are stretching out really fast with two babies in there". But that just didn't occur to me before I went.. lol

I gave her a half a gravol suppository, she wouldn't drink the pedialyte, and I have to water down gatorade so much she wouldn't get enough to matter. This kid doesn't like ANYTHING sweet tasting. She loves meat and potatoes and bread, but not super sweet juice or candy. Strange kitten, this one :) She seems better now, resting really quiet and calm, not tossing and turning, so we'll see how she is in the morning. She only weighs about 18 pounds, so if she even has it for 24 hours I am taking her to the emerg.

thanks guys. he passed away same day blair got hit. oh and the thing i wanted to tell you when ryan wasn't around, blair thinks he has another aneurysm in the vein in the inside of his leg ;( has dr appt next week.

lolcat: that's a good thing she don't like sweet stuff. anyway, plain old water is very good for her too. and if she dont' like that, add lemon!

let us know how she is !!! yes go straight to emerg. doh. we always took ryan down. he hit the corner post running when he was like 3. lump the size of a baseball on his forehead, i panicked! sat at emerg for 2 hours. blair said screw this. took him to childrens emerg in hfx, got in in mins. then dr goes..huh. funny. (funny?) ya. 3rd one we had today.

I was like..whew..u mean this is common? i was thinking brain damage..etc..

actually this is the 2nd one, he jumped off the couch and landed on the back of his head when he was just old enuf to jump..maybe that's wots wrong with him. LOL.

We had a car that did that. Cute sports car - my dad's midlife crisis toy. :lolsign:

It worked perfectly until 2 months after the warranty ran out. It was quite scary - light turns green, car starts and quits in the middle of the intersection. Of course, this never happened when the mechanic was in the car. I got a lot of stupid female driver comments thrown at me behind my back, til the blasted car finally died for the mechanic. Some weird electrical thing they never could figure out (we ended up trading in the car to the dealership).
