ty, my sis-in-laws are very strong religiously so they'll have the support of the whole church down there too. :) we lost alot of family members since i met blair :( that's what keeps them going tho.
anyway, sidetracked again..i came on yesterday for a specific purpose and forgot what i wanted to post about.
i had been working on a babyset for a fullyear for my cousin. i hate this pattern. i wanted to show you guys the sweater (pants aren't done yet), before i put the pattern thru the shredder! LOL. this was torture. and i'm an "experienced" knitter. my problem is the sewing part.
oh and re the buttonhole post..i read the pattern wrong. DOH. ws is wrong side, i had right side facing, no wonder i at first had no buttons at top and 2 at bottom...but i added one, and i like it better see what you think.

Great job on the sweater NS - I gave up knitting years ago - my son is 29 and when I was pregnant I started knitting a bedspread. Think I got 2 strips knitted and have never looked back. Can't even remember how to knit now. :-)

and i have an afghan here, i have worked on for over 10 years, well, i have put OFF for 10 years, i have to get more of a certain wool. anyone know which store sells bernat? the large balls? does zellers or walmart still sell it? i don't remember seeing it.
i might do somekinda a draw on here for it, as long as someone pays the shipping lol. it's nice all crocheted, small tulip squares. i coulda sold it on ebay or sumthing but how can i say a 10 year old afghan is new. rofl.

Got a call from seek, not good. I guess her son and firend got lost in the woods. Well some stupid pyschoitc......was shooting at them. Shes worried and asking for prayers. The police refused to do anything.....

The problem stems from the ikernel file - obviously corrupted - did google search and so many sites said delete and reinstall - tried that and didn't work - god knows what I did to puter or the microsoft guy also had me doing a couple funky things - guess will phone a guy at work here that says he will charge $40 to wipe and restore (still won't have disks but will be like a new puter) compared to $100 + tax at Future Shop (although would have disks). Hubby hates puter - lol - oh well for him - but told me to get it fixed by the $40 guy. everything works fine with the puter except being able to install my camera (used to be on there) and my MP3 players.Quote:
